We are actively seeking volunteer Housing Hosts for May 6 - May 19 at this time.
In order to keep bringing high quality performances to the state, we need your help and hospitality! Our success as a small company is dependent on support from Housing Hosts, who welcome our artists and production staff into their homes during our production and performance period. Hosting provides the opportunity to make personal connections with our artists and other members of the company, gain a unique behind-the-scenes perspective, and support Opera in the Pines in a meaningful way and low-cost way.
Our artists require a bedroom, bath, Wi-Fi or internet accessibility, and laundry and kitchen privileges in a non-smoking home. We don’t ask our hosts to provide food or transportation. Pets are okay, as long as we know in advance and are able to rule out any guest allergies.
All hosts receive name recognition in our program, two complimentary tickets to our performance, a truly excellent house guest, and maybe even the treat of hearing your artist practicing from time to time! And is there anything more lovely than a home full of music?
